Playing with alternative versions of reality is an amplification of the principle of creativity. The goal is to live more deeply, and one way of doing this is to imagine. Imagina-tion is the best way to travel, sang the Moody Blues, a rock group about 35 years ago!<\/p>\n<p>Action Explorations can amplify (that&#8217;s a good word) the lives of seniors. Some people know about dramatizing things, even if only within your own minds. I include myself among them, and we know how to do it: Add some creativity\u2014it doesn&#8217;t have to be extravagant or impressive. My life is rich with little things. Well, some a little bigger than little, but that&#8217;s me. Doesn&#8217;t have to be impressive. As the song, &quot;Sing!&quot; goes, &quot;Don&#8217;t matter if it&#8217;s not good enough for anyone else to hear\u2014just sing, sing a song!&quot; This can be done alone or in a chorus.
