I still dance, but for fast folk dances it takes a little more time to get the messages through my nerves down to the feet. Still ballroom dance.<\/p>\n<p>There seems to be a balance between exercising to one\u2019s capacity and yet not have to \u201cprove\u201d oneself as being more balanced and frisky than one is.
