I take it as a confession that puny human brains can never know, and I hold to this. I don\u2019t doubt that some mystics apprehend the More in various forms, and think they\u2019ve seen the one God of a trillion galaxies, but I think what they experienced was maybe a few levels up&#8212;even a few score levels\u2014but not the All in All. So anyway, I\u2019m pretty apophatic about all this, which doesn\u2019t stop me from speculating. I know that I cannot know&#8212;please know this!
